It has not been revealed yet which language family Japanese featuring among the top 10 native languages in the world, belongs to. The Japanese did not have their own writing system until the fifth century. One needs to refer back to the eighth century written sources to analyze the Japanese language structure. Japanese writing is composed of a combination of three different writing styles, kanji, hiragana, and katakana. Kanji is a Chinese writing style and is transferred to Japan from the Korean peninsula. Later, Kanji has been simplified and transformed into hiragana and katakana writing forms. Hiragana and katakana consist of 46 different symbols. Kanji's use of characters a day exceeds 2000. Japanese, featuring in agglutinative language group, has some common qualities with Turkish is in line with Turkish in terms of syntax.
