She is a graduate of Spanish Language and Literature from Ankara University, She holds a master degree in the same field from İstanbul University. Currently, she continues her PhD in Translation and Cultural Studies at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.

She has worked as a Spanish instructor at Izmir University of Economics in the 2009-2010 academic year. Later, she continued to work in the Applied Spanish and Translation program at Istanbul Aydın University between 2010-2013. She has been working as a Spanish Instructor at Social Sciences University of Ankara since 2013 and giving elective Spanish courses in all undergraduate programs from freshman year to senior year.
