She is a graduate of English Language Teaching Department from Gazi University. She holds a master degree in the same field from Bilkent University. She has completed her doctorate also in the Department of English Language Teaching in Çukurova University. She has worked as an English instructor at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University between the years of 2009-2013. She has been working at Social Sciences University of Ankara as an English instructor since 2013. She has been conducting research in the field of English as a Foreign Language.
