My name is Özlem Çıtak Sürücü. I was born in Nevşehir on February 25, 1984. I completed my primary, secondary and high school education in Nevşehir. Like many young people, my high school life was very important and full of turning points. The education that I received through my valuable teachers at Nevşehir Anatolian Teacher Training High School shaped my life mainly and was instrumental in my orientation to the faculty of education at the university. Between 2003-2008, I studied English Language Teaching at Boğaziçi University where I learnt both life and my field. Before my graduation, I had the chance to gain experience in many institutions and organizations. After my graduation, I had the opportunity to live in Bristol, England for 2 years and to teach Turkish to foreigners. Afterwards, I returned to Turkey and had experience as an English teacher and lecturer in some private institutions. Since my graduation, I have attended and continue to attend various courses and trainings to improve myself in my branch. I have been working as a lecturer at ASBU SFL since 2016.
