Hülya Güzel has been working as an instructor at Social Sciences University Ankara of since 2015. She received her BA at Hacettepe University, The Department of Translation and Interpretation. She also received a Teaching Certificate at the same university. She received her MA at Ankara University, the Institute of Social Sciences, in Language Teaching. She teaches general English and writing courses for SSUA Preparatory Program students. She worked in the Curriculum Development Unit  at the School of Foreign Languages ​​in 2016 and 2017.She is currently a member of the Currciculum Development Unit. Her academic interests include material development in English Language Teaching and translation studies. She translated the book "The Pearl" (John Steinbeck) from English to Turkish. She taught English courses at different levels and different skills at the universities she worked before, as well as taking part in curriculum and testing. Besides, she taught English for Specific Purposes.
