Tuğba Yıldırım graduated from the Department of German Language Teaching at Necmettin Erbakan University.  She earned her master`s degree in field of Teaching German as a Second und Foreign Language at the  German Philology Institute, affiliated to the Faculty of Language and Cultural Studies at the University of Vienna. She completed her Master`s Thesis about "Multilingual Upbringing at Home". She comleted her teaching internship in various German courses which are given to adults from immigrant origins in Vienna. She continues her doctoral education in the field of German Language Teaching at Gazi University.  Her interests include material preparation in German Language Teaching, second lerners` motivation, motivational sources, reading and travelling. She started to work as an Instructor at the Language School of Social Sciences University of Ankara in February 2021.
