A Spanish Philology graduate from Turkey, I finished my PhD in Literary Studies in UCM, Madrid in 2017, where I also had my MA degree. In my disseration I concentrated on the Turk plays in Early Modern Spanish drama. My research interests are the representation of the Orient in Spanish and European literature, literature as propaganda and the representation of power in this context.
