After completing her undergraduate education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Education English Language Teaching Department, she graduated from Ufuk University Social Sciences Institution English Language Teaching Department Master's program with thesis.

Since 2008, when she graduated with a BA, she has been working as a full time English Instructor. Before working for ASBU, she worked for Karabük University and Middle East Technical University.

In order to support professional development, she regularly attended trainings and received various certificates, primarily CELTA and DELTA.
