Ekrem Boyacı completed his bachelor’s degree in Russian Language and Literature Department of the Caucasus University by achieving the first place in the department and third in the faculty. Subsequently, he completed his master's degree in Moscow Pushkin Russian Language Institute with a degree in the field of Teaching Russian to Foreigners with the scholarship he obtained from the Russian Federation.
