The Arabic Language is a Semitic Language. It is believed that this language is one of HAMI-SAMI Languages, which also includes ancient Egyptian Language. The oldest types and dialects were Northern and Southern Arabic, which were seen on the epigraphs found from the remains of the 8th and 9th centuries BC. Northern Arabic is separated into four periods; ancient, classical, medieval, and modern.

Classical Arabic is found in old literary and religious texts for example Quran (Kuran-ı Kerim) and hadiths (sayings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)) and ancient literature, poetry, and scientific language, which were written in Arabic. Classical Arabic refers to Arabic, which still maintains the same framework. Ancient writers who mentioned Arabic named its classical dialect as el-Arabiyye (el-Arabiyyetü’l-Fusha/Fasih Arabic); and they also named the spoken form as the public language (lugatu’l-amme/lugatu’l-avam). Arabic, which is the official language of all the Arab countries, is the native language of millions of people living from Morocco to borders of Iran and it is the language of Islam, science and Muslim culture
